Protection of Personal Data- informed consent

We hereby inform you that the data you provide may be used for the purpose of contacting you to offer the professional support needed for the eventual establishment of a the company in Uruguay linked to its potential participation in the UPM 2 Project and eventually other opportunities that may be of your interest.

The data provided will be handled with absolute reserve by KPMG Sociedad Civil (hereinafter “KPMG” or “the Firm”), applying the necessary security measures to preserve the confidentiality and prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access by third parties to the information,  in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 18.331 of “Protection of Personal Data and Habeas Data Action” and other regulations in force.

The owner of the data authorizes the sharing and transfer of the information collected within the framework of the service that will be provided, to other member firms of the KPMG International network with the scope established above. Those who have access to the information will apply the necessary security measures to preserve the confidentiality of the data and to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access.

The owner of the data grants KPMG a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license, without cost and without the right to license it, in order to use the name / denomination / corporate name of the foreign company that contracts the services offered by KPMG, as well as its logos and registered trademarks that identify it, so that they can be included in the public reports issued by KPMG about its advice to foreign companies in the UPM 2 Project, in internal presentations of the Firm or on its website.
